- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot innovative solutions that position the company as an industry leader.
- Monitor macro-economic and technological indicators to adjust strategic pivots proactively.
- Communicate complex future scenarios to stakeholders to foster a culture of agility and innovation.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to ensure seamless integration of future-ready infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in analyzing future trends, specifically regarding AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Strong ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives and board members.
- Experience managing large-scale organizational change and digital transformation initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field is preferred.
