Responsibilities
- Architect and publish the annual '2026 Horizon Report' mapping technological and societal inflection points
- Lead scenario planning for climate adaptation and resource optimization initiatives
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing into product roadmaps and business models
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and neuro-technology integration
- Curate a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
- Drive innovation sprints focused on quantum computing applications and synthetic biology
- Develop KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness and adaptive capacity
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Published author or thought leader in exponential technology or sustainability trends
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech landscapes
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executive-level strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field preferred
- Experience with global policy frameworks and public-private innovation ecosystems
