- Lead the Global Foresight Lab to identify disruptive opportunities across 15+ industries
- Present future scenarios to the board and C-suite, influencing $2B+ R&D allocation
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and UN Innovation Hubs
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with UN SDGs
- Author 'Horizon 2026' annual report read by Fortune 500 CEOs and policymakers
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists using proprietary trend-analysis AI
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Published author or keynote speaker at Davos, TED, or World Economic Forum
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant STEM field
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on multi-billion dollar innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience building and leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in AI ethics or equivalent governance frameworks
