- Present future roadmaps to investors, partners, and key stakeholders
- Mentor innovation champions across global R&D centers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurism leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Executive presence with C-suite presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
