Responsibilities

- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and AI research institutions.
- Oversee the migration to decentralized, AI-driven operational models for maximum efficiency.
- Present quarterly projections and strategic pivots to the Board of Directors with high-fidelity data models.
- Drive the cultural transformation necessary for a fully automated, data-centric workforce.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in high-frequency trading, fintech, or strategic planning sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully navigating major industry pivots, specifically in AI, Blockchain, or Quantum Tech.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business intelligence.
- Strong network within Silicon Valley’s elite tech ecosystem.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $50M annually.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a significant plus.
