Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive long-term technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D to pioneer emerging technologies for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee system architecture to ensure scalability, security, and high performance.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for major technology initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with future tech adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, etc.).
- Proven experience in defining and implementing technology roadmaps for the future.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to scale high-growth technology companies.
