Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, GenAI) and evaluate their potential impact on business models.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute long-term technical initiatives and innovations.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for future growth.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-level or VP-level strategic role.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in business contexts.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and data strategy.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
