Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools (shovels, hammers, saws) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized and hazard-free work zones
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
