Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including material handling, excavation, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely (forklifts, saws, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Participate in daily safety briefings and inspections
- Complete basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check
