Responsibilities

- <li>Load and unload construction materials and equipment onto job sites efficiently.</li>
- <li>Operate power tools and basic construction machinery under close supervision.</li>
- <li>Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.</li>
- <li>Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.</li>
- <li>Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly at all times.</li>
- <li>Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.</li>
- <li>Measure and cut materials to specifications when necessary.</li>

Qualifications

- <li>Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.</li>
- <li>Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs regularly and stand for long durations.</li>
- <li>Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.</li>
- <li>Valid driver’s license (optional but preferred for job site travel).</li>
- <li>Reliable transportation to and from job sites.</li>
- <li>Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions.</li>
- <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent.</li>
