Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural assembly
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, excavators) with precision and safety
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for accurate project execution
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety protocols OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment for optimal performance
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic blueprint reading and math skills
- Experience with power tools and heavy machinery
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Willingness to travel to Florida project sites as needed
