Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and curing operations
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and jackhammers
- Install and remove temporary construction scaffolding and safety barriers
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure structural compliance
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper waste management
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and Cal/OSHA safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour Construction certification
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, nail guns)
- Pass pre-employment background and substance screening
- Must possess own basic hand tools
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
