Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites through debris clearing and equipment setup
- Load/unload materials using proper lifting techniques and machinery
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Erect/dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license (Class C minimum)
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
