Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools as directed.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders when required.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not always required.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
