Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthwork operations with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Construct and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Read and interpret blueprints, safety protocols, and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and installation tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must possess reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work overtime and variable schedules
