Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) following OSHA protocols
- Install, maintain, and repair scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure project specifications
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as needed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety standards
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Basic blueprint reading and math measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across El Paso County
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
