Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, loading, and unloading construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, drywall hanging, painting, and rough carpentry.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and project plans.
- Handle heavy lifting and physical labor as required by the project scope.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and project managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
