Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and foundation work according to blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Install and erect scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces with professional-grade techniques
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols on all job sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Proficient with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
