Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices during complex projects
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and client communications
- Conduct safety inspections and implement preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Master Electrician license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in Jacksonville area
- Expertise in residential/commercial wiring, HVAC systems, and emergency generators
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
