Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment functionality
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Assist skilled tradespeople with scaffolding, demolition, and structural work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and dispose of debris properly
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic tool operation knowledge preferred
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- OSHA 10 certification (training provided if needed)
