Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code and safety regulations
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
- Document work activities and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and toolbox meetings
- Adhere to company protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain required electrical certifications (training provided)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Minneapolis metro
- Pass background check and drug screening
