Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with layout, measurement, and assembly
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites by sorting debris and managing materials
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Read blueprints and follow verbal/written instructions from supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid O-10 card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Clark County
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
