Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install and troubleshoot wiring, fixtures, and control systems
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform basic electrical testing and diagnostic procedures
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and tools
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
