Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to maintain project timelines
- Perform demolition, excavation, and concrete finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (paid training)
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Positive attitude and commitment to team safety
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year construction experience preferred but not required
