Responsibilities
- Execute physical tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently per project specifications
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, safety manuals, and work orders
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or related field experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
