Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in installation, repair, and maintenance of residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Perform diagnostic testing on water heaters, pipes, drains, and fixtures
- Follow safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for project execution
- Operate power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Document work orders and maintain inventory of materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to complete state-mandated apprenticeship hours
- Punctuality and reliability with daily work attendance
