Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist skilled trades with construction activities (framing, concrete work, etc.)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool maintenance
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report site issues and progress to site supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
