Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Participate in on-the-job training programs for skill development
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills in English
