- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs
- Adhere to project timelines and quality control protocols
- Participate in safety briefings and emergency response drills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic understanding of construction blueprints and measurements
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
