Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, tape measures) safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal
- Support carpentry, masonry, and concrete work as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
