Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and site preparation tasks with precision
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free job sites
- Follow blueprints, safety protocols, and project timelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience
- Valid Texas Driver's License preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
