Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate hand tools and light equipment safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and transporting materials up to 50 lbs
- Participate in scaffold setup, demolition, and basic construction activities
- Contribute to maintaining organized and hazard-free work environments
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications

- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions
