Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Perform site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Complete daily equipment and safety inspections
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas metroplex
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Team player with positive attitude toward learning new skills
