Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and material handling.
- Dig trenches, backfill, and compact soil according to project specifications.
- Operate heavy machinery and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and climbing as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience in general construction labor is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
