Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools (hammers, saws, levels) under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites by sorting debris and disposing of waste
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Load/unload trucks and equipment efficiently
- Complete daily progress reports and communicate with foremen
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening (provided)
- No construction experience required – training included!
