Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthwork operations with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Construct and install concrete forms, foundations, and structural components
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and support tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup operations
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to operate heavy machinery (excavator/crane certification preferred)
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities
