Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and electrical work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Read blueprints and follow verbal/written instructions precisely
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and flexible schedules
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Miami-Dade County
