Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and debris removal as project requirements dictate
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or related labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Basic tool knowledge and experience with power equipment
