Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, removing debris and waste
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment as needed
- Complete minor repairs and touch-up work on construction sites
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions

- Reliable transportation to job sites across Raleigh area
