Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and light machinery
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications
- Perform debris removal and waste management protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
