Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including digging, trenching, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and site preparation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Baltimore metro area
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
