Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling during night operations
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (jackhammers, saws, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job site per OSHA standards
- Support skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Follow safety protocols for night shift operations and hazardous materials
- Complete daily progress reports and equipment logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
