Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Perform trenching, shoveling, lifting, and other physical tasks
- Assist in equipment operation (forklifts, excavators) with proper training
- Report hazards and maintain daily equipment inspection logs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid state ID or driver's license required
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety-first practices
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
