Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Load/unload equipment and materials using proper lifting techniques
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with debris management protocols
- Read blueprints and project specifications for accurate task execution
- Perform excavation, grading, and concrete finishing tasks
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and incident reporting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid O-10 safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic knowledge of power tools (saws, drills, levels)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
