Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all installations and repairs strictly adhere to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local San Antonio building codes.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and safety inspections to prevent electrical hazards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding project timelines, requirements, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License required for Texas.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel to job sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Current OSHA 30-hour certification is a plus.
