Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools and light equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction site preparation and finishing work
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Participate in daily site cleanup and waste management procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong teamwork skills and punctuality record
