Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and report hazards
- Support skilled trades with installation and framing tasks
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal
- Adapt to changing project demands and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Previous construction or manual labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
