Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up scaffolding
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like mixing concrete and digging trenches
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Complete daily maintenance on assigned machinery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
