Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) with OSHA compliance
- Install scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing tasks
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience required
- OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, grinders)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
