Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and trenching operations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and report hazards
- Read blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Assist in concrete pouring and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
